You'll earn Philam Vitality Points if your exercise level meets our guidelines below.

Earn up to 100 Philam Vitality Points each day

You can earn up to 15,000 Philam Vitality Points for all fitness-related activities (including gym workouts, fitness device tracking and organised fitness events). Once you have linked your device to Philam Vitality, points take up to 2 weeks to show on your Philam Vitality Points Statement.

John takes part in a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity in one exercise session. He exercises at a minimum average speed of 4 kilometres an hour and takes 7,500 steps.
